Maja Moritz is a skilled practitioner in Christchurch, New Zealand, who is certified in Ayurvedic Marma Technique and is dedicated to providing personalised treatments that support your unique needs. Personalised consultation
Maja begins with a thorough consultation to understand your health concerns and goals, ensuring a tailored treatment. We also offer a range of sequences to choose from including foot reflexology with an Ayurvedic foot bath that balances all three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). We allow the session to take its course in an organic timeframe (around 90 minutes) and always follow up on the treatment with suggestions for continued self-healing.
Gentle techniques
Experience the profound benefits of gentle acupressure on specific Marma points to stimulate energy flow and promote healing. We also use a Mid Ohm Tuning Fork (136.1 hz) to optimise vibrational healing. It helps to relax tension, alleviate pain, energise tired muscles, and supports deep breathing.
Aromatherapy
We offer a thorough personalised approach to detect the best possible essential oil to support you individually on your healing journey. We only use essential oils of the highest quality, either organic oils or harvested in the traditional Ayurvedic way from ancient India with its naturally holistic approach.
Experienced practitioner
Maja Moritz has a long history of experience with Ayurvedic lifestyle by applying it in her own life since about 30 years. She is not only certified in Ayurvedic Marma Technique but also is a RYT200 Yoga teacher and a Chopra certified Meditation teacher as well as a certified Health- and Life Coach.
